The innumerable pores in the soil regulate the moisture in the vessel, so you can easily steam and bake in the microwave or oven for perfect moisture retension. Lid doubles as a serving plate and can be used together with the bowl or on its own. Tip: Cook in 600W microwave for 5 minutes for the perfectly steamed veggies.
