Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. Our QA team ensures that all items are inspected for defects prior to shipping, this is to ensure you receive the best experience with your order. If the product you received is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your items together with a photo of the incorrect item in order for us to better understand the issue.
We will offer to reship the product to you if your order is eligible for a replacement. If reshipping is not feasible, we will provide a full or partial refund (in cash for damaged items, or store credit in all other cases). A partial refund applies in cases where part of the ordered item is defective - refund will be prorated based on unit price of items. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order, or in store credit if desired.
Please also do note that all sales are final when you make your purchase and that we do not accept returns and exchanges. This is to ensure that all items our customers receive are brand new, especially due to the hygiene concerns given the COVID-19 situation.
