Kanesuzu has specialized in western style ceramic dinnerware for hotels, and michelin restaurants since 1927 - pieces are designed with a fine dining flare and tablescaping in mind. All feature premium quality porcelain bases with stunning impressionist underglaze finishes that tell a story/ set a mood. The Wayu (和癒) plate features a contrasting light and dark side of the moon - in a semi matte sesame black base highlighted by a light crackle glaze that is surreal and beautiful.
Plates measure 27cm in diameter - perfect for mains, steak, or as table centerpiece and/or decorative tray or platter.
